Terms of ServiceBy purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to the Terms of Services. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.I, Silbererz (the artist):➷ Prices are subject to change based on demand➷ Payment: via Paypal, Commission will either be payed upfront
(Except if discussed otherwise)➷ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.➷ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.➷ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.➷ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.➷ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. (Except if discussed otherwise)You (the customer/commissioner):➷ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. (If given credit to me)➷ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)➷ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. ▸Original Species, Pokemons, etc.
▸NSFW or Artistic nudity
▸Blood and Gore (depends on the type)
▸Many kinds of backgrounds (depends on the complexity)

▸Hate art
▸Underaged Nudity (Cp, Pedophilia,etc.)
▸Anything like Necrophilia, Zoophilia, Rape,etc.
▸Machines/Robots (except if it isnt to complex)

Commission Process
▸I will always update you with W.I.P´s and the progress
(to see if anything needs changes)
▸You are allowed to ask for edits in the piece.
(Any big changes only with sketches, otherwise I will charge extra.)
--> If alot of changes are requested, theres a chance I will charge extra after a certain point (except if it´s a mistake in ex: character design)
▸Deadline: 1-2 Months (I will inform you if anything happend)
Price ListAll prices are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.
